James Clark is verified as a sub-contractor with HM Revenue & Customs and hold a current UTR Number; Operates with Contractors All Risks, Employers Liability of £10,000,000 and Public Liability Insurance of £2,500,000.

We are conversant with all current CDM regulations and employ directly a qualified Safety Officer. We can confirm we have had no prohibition or enforcement notices from the Health & safety Executive.
